The Nuts About Reading Club read and chat about a variety of different fiction and non-fiction titles every third Tuesday of the month. The meetings are from 6PM to 7PM at the West Branch Library in Conference Room 109.
This month’s meeting date is set for Tuesday, December 19th. The book they will be discussing is Mr. Dickens and His Carol by Samantha Silva. Charles Dickens is not feeling the Christmas spirit. His newest book is an utter flop, the critics have turned against him, relatives near and far hound him for money. While his wife plans a lavish holiday party for their ever-expanding family and circle of friends, Dickens has visions of the poor house.
