Spooky and festive events at Frank H Peterson

Some spooky events happened at Frank H. Peterson for the month of October, and some festive events for November. In October, they had a trunk or treat and haunted tunnels. In November, they are having Socktoberfest and CanUCare Food Drive. 

Trunk or Treat 

The early childhood program is fundraising a trunk or treat. It is located at 7450 Wilson Blvd. The event will be on October 27th at five p.m. through seven p.m. The event is a neighborhood event and an opportunity for the faculty to join. The event included games and candy. The event provided an opportunity for volunteering hours for Frank H. Peterson students.  

Haunted Tunnels  

Cosmetology hosted a haunted tunnels on October 28. It was from six to eight o’clock, located at Frank H. Peterson. It cost ten dollars to get in. Anyone that goes to Frank H. can participate in being one of the people in the haunted tunnels, scaring people.  

Socktoberfest  

Donate for city rescue mission bring in new socks through thanksgiving. This event ends November18th. Socktoberfest is for helping the homeless get socks and stay warm for winter.  

CanUCare food drive  

Food drive for salvation army. Donate your canned goods for Thanksgiving dinner. It ends on November 18th.
